Safe Haven-Sermon For No One

Chicago Americana group Safe Haven, a project built around songwriter/band leader Patrick Lyons and drummer Tony Tabor, have been getting solid reviews and some local airplay for their new album Sermon For No One.

The CD features nine tracks (including two traditional cuts, "Going to Germany" and "What Are They Doing In Heaven Today") that trade in blues, bluegrass, gospel and alt-country, all played with more instinctual grit and passion than the usual (and more famous) neo-folk suspects.

Safe Haven will play a FREE show at Alive One Chicago this Wednesday, April 24.
