The annual Jefferson Park Arts and Music Festival (AKA "Jeff Fest") is back this weekend and hosts some familiar faces and new additions.
On Friday, July 26, Chicago indie rock/alt-pop trio The Locals kick things off at 6PM on the main stage and will be followed by Brooklyn-based Hank & Cupcakes and locals Dot Dot Dot playing a mix of covers and originals.
Saturday, July 27 offers up a longer day of main stage musical highlights including acoustic rockers The Root Cause at 4:30PM, Jeff Fest vets Voodoo Kings (pictured) sure to blaze through a hot set of blues rock, Americana and tasteful covers, at 7:30 PM and headliners Magic Box at 9PM.
Sunday, July 28 boasts sister duo The Kuhls at 2PM and local legend Michael McDermott closing out the fest with an 8PM set.
