Terrible Spaceship brings Retro-Futurist Dance Music to Lincoln Hall, 8/22

Chicago's Terrible Spaceship rediscovers media from the past and resuscitates it into a modern music and video multimedia experience. Utilizing both samples and live instrumentation for its original scores, the band has been described by the Chicago Tribune as "equally influenced by Danny Elfman, Portishead and Orson and H.G. Welles."

Terrible Spaceship will be supported by new wave outfit Oscillator Bug and R&B-influenced indie rockers Passerines at Lincoln Hall on Thursday, Aug. 22. More details here.
