Chicago singer-songwriter Xoe Wise will celebrate the release of her terrific new CD, Archive of Illusions, with a show at Schuba's Tavern on Friday, July 20.
Archive of Illusions opens with the wistful "Home" and ends with the strings-drenched "Glow in the Dark." The highlights in-between include the stately "Providence," a vaguely trip hop cover of Mazzy Star's "Fade Into You" and the folk-pop love song "Uh Oh."
Xoe Wise will be an in-studio guest on Radio One on Thursday, July 19 at 7:30 PM.
