Rare and unreleased tracks by musicians with strong ties to Chicago are included on a downloadable Bandcamp mix to help LA-based musician Brent Puls (formerly of Chicago funk outfit Bumpus) with medical bills stemming from a condition that he has had since childhood.
The artists and bands include Joe Pug, Birdy on the Moon (featuring Wilco's Pat Sansone)
and Rachael Yamagata, alongside Radio One faves JC Brooks & the Uptown Sound, Clip Art, Dance Floor Plans and Terrible Spaceship.
